This month I had the pleasure of being featured in xonecole.com, a lifestyle website for black women. The article was "9 Boss Women Share How Their Favorite Power Dress Liberates Them" and I am so honored to be featured! The article is all about women who were empowered by a dress that they've worn. I mentioned a time when I felt like my opinion was not valued and how and why I stuck it out at that company. You can read all about it here!

For anyone is who unfamiliar with Necole, she used to run a gossip site called Necole Bitchie several years ago. This is way before the "Shaderoom", okay? I relied on Necole to give me the celebrity news that I cared about and she did it with dignity. Every morning I would wake up and go right to her site before I did anything else. After several years of running Necole Bitchie, she closed up shop to try to find her real purpose. Thus "Xo Necole" was born. Now Necole has focused on telling our stories, and lifting up Black women around the world. This is a real full circle moment and I can't think of a better platform to have been featured on.
